Expansion of technical and logistical capabilities with local gearbox assembly and new Bosch Rexroth representation.
M&M Intercom d.o.o. proudly announces that it has obtained certification as an official Motovario Assembly Centre (MAC). This achievement marks a significant milestone in expanding both technical and logistical capabilities. As a partner of MAC Centre, the company now provides local assembly of standard gearboxes using original Motovario components, with speed, precision, and full compliance with the manufacturer’s standards.
The key advantage of becoming a MAC partner lies in reducing lead times. Thanks to an extensive stock of housings, gear sets, flanges, and other components, assembly can be completed within just a few hours, eliminating the need to wait weeks for factory deliveries. Customers also benefit from complete technical flexibility. Each drive unit is assembled to meet specific requirements, including gear ratios, motor connections, mounting positions, and output shafts.
Every gearbox assembled in the MAC is fully certified and carries the same Motovario factory warranty. To guarantee quality, employees have completed official training at Motovario, Italy. Beyond assembly, M&M Intercom also offers consulting, diagnostics, and servicing support.
The product range includes cast iron gearboxes (H, B, S series), aluminium gearboxes (HA, BA series), and assemblies with standard or IEC motors, including ATEX options. The company has also expanded its stock of worm gearboxes, enabling the assembly of double worm units up to ratios of 10,000, as well as worm gearboxes with pre-stages reaching reductions up to 1,000.
The assembly process itself is carried out with meticulous precision. Each gearbox is mounted, tested without oil, sealed, checked for leakage under compressed air, filled with oil, and then subjected to a final test run with an electric motor. The gearbox is labelled and prepared for delivery, ensuring readiness for immediate use.
