A Zeta Gomma S.p.A. – Manufacturer of Drive Belts and Conveyor Belts

A Zeta Gomma was founded in 1973 on the initiative of Maurizio Pistoni and focuses its activities on the manufacture of belts and the moulding of rubber products. An artisan enterprise based in Sassuolo, in the heart of Italy’s most nationally and internationally renowned ceramic district, where production is initially and predominantly aimed at local industry.

In 1987, the M.E.C. V-BELT brand for industrial belts was launched. Exclusively owned by A Zeta Gomma, it became the flagship of the product range and the hallmark of a level of quality never before achieved in the sector.

A Zeta Gomma specialises in the manufacture of belts and conveyor belts (rubber, PVC and PU), as well as thermo-weldable belts, hoses for roller coating, rubber sheets and moulded items, technical products, and equipment for pressing, welding and joining belts. They offer solutions designed for numerous applications across the mechanical engineering, food processing, agriculture, ceramics, paper and cardboard, timber, and industrial sectors.

The drive belts and conveyor belts are manufactured at the Sassuolo facilities (20,000 m², comprising commercial headquarters, two production units and one warehouse with 80,000 immediately available items) to ensure high standards of product customisation, industrialisation and distribution. With over 80 employees across three factories in Italy, the company operates through 20 collaborators/agents and serves 2,400 clients/partners. Exports account for 20% of turnover, with 6,000 belts shipped daily.

A Zeta Gomma is synonymous with quality, service and efficiency, dedicated to meeting the needs of an increasingly demanding market.
