After only going live on the 1st November 2024, Albion Motion Company Limited (AMC) has gone from strength to strength. As a result of building on their ever-growing customer base, appointing authorised distributors of their own brand ‘AMC’, and continually adding to their product range, the company is now expanding their 25,000 sq ft premises to accommodate their speedy growth.
Getting the AMC name out there was kickstarted with a ‘pre go live’ open day held back in October 2024. The day was well attended by a variety of companies in the trade from all over the country. The delegates enjoyed a tour of the unit to see the impressive stock, and brand new 25,000 sq ft unit. They then returned to a local hotel where all members of the AMC team gave an introductory presentation and company overview, this included the AMC distributorship package that is being offered, along with all the benefits. The day concluded with an evening meal, and of course a few drinks!
In addition to the open day, AMC have hosted several tailor-made visits for individual customers travelling the length and breadth of the UK.
Since launching, AMC have continued to take deliveries of both own brand and branded products into stock to satisfy customer enquiries.
Their latest delivery included lawnmower and agricultural belts, along with the first infill order for their current belt range.
The expansion will consist of:
- A 10,000 sq ft mezzanine being installed to increase the unit’s storage capacity significantly
- 10 rows of racking to create ample space for all the new products
- New offices and a meeting room built to house the ever-growing team
AMC has also invested in a further two delivery vans, with a fourth on the way ensuring the fleet can provide fast and efficient nationwide coverage.
The doors are always open to welcome visitors to the unit where you will be greeted with a smile, a brew, and a biscuit if you are lucky!
