With the Rio User Meeting right around the corner and fast approaching, we know everyone will be wondering how the first ever South American User Meeting will work. In this article, you can find some of our frequently asked questions to help answer any questions you may have.
When is the Rio User Meeting?
The User Meeting will be held from 30th September – 2nd October 2026.
Why did we choose this location?
We felt that this was the ideal time to hold a meeting here because South America is one of BearingNet’s major up-and-coming markets! In 2025, more than 30 companies from South America joined BearingNet, and more members from this region are showing up for meetings.
Where is the Rio User Meeting located?
Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro (5* hotel), Av. Lúcio Costa, 9600 – Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22795-007, Brazil. The hotel is a 40-minute drive from RIOgaleão International Airport.
How many attendees are expected?
With the event being our first ever User Meeting in South America, we are expecting 120+ attendees. The capacity of the venue can reach up to 200 attendees… so the more the merrier!

Can I book a Premium Stand or sponsorship?
Yes! We have 5 Premium Stands available and plenty of sponsorship opportunities. If you have any questions or would like to reserve a Premium Stand, please email aniaw@bearingnet.net.
How do I book a hotel room?
BearingNet has reserved 100 bedrooms in the hotel, and attendees will need to make their hotel reservation thorough the dedicated booking link. Rooms are on a first come, first served basis. To find out more about accommodation, click here.
Do I need to make appointments to meet other attendees?
There will be an online meeting planner available in the User Meeting section of the website from August 2026 where you will be able to indicate your wish to meet with other companies. We highly recommend that you contact companies you want to meet by email in advance of the meeting. There will be lots of companies for you to see, so it is best to plan and make the most of your time at the event.
Will there be photos taken at the event?
Yes!We love to share the highlights of the User Meeting… we will have cameras at the meeting so if you want a photo let us know! All videos and photographs will be shared after the event, so be sure to tag us in any that you post.
