Put simply, it’s business speed dating! With distributors from around the world all in one room, you have two days to meet as many of them as possible. Every company has their own table so you can easily find them and it allows you to host meetings in your very own space.

The Fasten.it User Meeting will be held at the Sheraton Rome Parco de’ Medici, a 4-star hotel with beautiful meeting space, and scenic surroundings on the outskirts of the city.

The Fasten.it team is pleased to announce that the inaugural Fasten.it B2B event will take place in Rome, Italy, from October 2–3, 2025. Members of Fasten.it from all around the world will gather in the beautiful and historic Italian capital city to connect with fellow fastener and fixing industry professionals.
So, how does it all work? Following event registration, the first day will host a Welcome Reception for all attendees, allowing Fasten.it members to introduce themselves to eachother, have some food and drink, and settle in before the main networking day commences. This time also allows you to ask us any questions you may have.
Day two is when the serious business meetings begin! You can plan and host meetings on your own event table, or visit another company’s table to talk all things fasteners and fixings. You can locate the companies you wish to meet with our floorplan that lists business names, attending delegates, and all-important contact details.
Throughout the meeting you will have access to refreshments including tea and coffee. There will also be a buffet lunch allowing you to have a well-earned rest break. Following a full day of connecting with new businesses, you can stay for networking drinks from 5pm, as we know that a lot of important business decisions are made outside of the meeting room!
We have done this before… For more than 20 years, our parent company BearingNet has organised 23 business-to-business events, growing from 20 to over 550 people! Companies from more than 50 countries have come together to network at these exclusive member-only events.
