30 years ago in 1994, the Kavial company was born. Since then, the power transmission distributor has made a number of significant achievements.
Today, the organisation employs over 30 staff members at their Tallinn-based head office in the Republic of Estonia.

At Kavial, every working day brings great joy with all communication. We are also proud of each other which helps us to work together on the same team.” says Stanislav Kaleis, General Manager.
What is Kavial’s strength?
The team at Kavial owe a lot to learning and training at the company. They follow trends in the professional field, and systematically update and improve the level of knowledge, skills, and personal qualities within the team. Kavial has a mobile Schaeffler training centre truck on-site that allows people to come to the location, conduct training, and get practice.
Stanislav explains, “We take 100% responsibility for the quality of work with clients, colleagues, and our personal results. When things get difficult, we remain calm, do not lose confidence and fortitude. We try to behave honestly and openly towards each other, and we help colleagues in difficult situations, supporting them and suggesting optimal ways to resolve any issues. We recognise ourselves as one with the team.”
As a company, Kavial continues to move forward, and they intend to write many more pages in their history book. With 30 years of experience under their belt, they plan to multiply the number of victories and achievements in the years to come, as well as gain reliable partners and loyal colleagues.

To celebrate the 30 year milestone, Team Kavial enjoyed time with colleagues and family members on the vacation island of Saaremaa in Estonia.
They also marked the occasion with a special work vehicle with the KLM 30 registration plate, symbolising the anniversary, the growth of the company, and the global reach.
