Key BearingNet Updates to Look Out For in 2025

At BearingNet, we are always working to find ways to improve the user experience for our valued members on the platform. Here are five things that will enhance your platform experience this year.

1. COMING SOON – New Quotes Page

A new look will be introduced on the member quotes page allowing for a streamlined process and quicker dashboard to view incoming and outgoing enquiries. The new quotes facility will allow you to see details of quotes involving your company which are sent through BearingNet.

2. NEW – Promoted Stock Listing

Members can book the promoted stock feature for a one week period, enabling you to feature your stock at the top of the search results page. Guarantee your inventory is the first thing members see when they search for the parts they require.

3. Notifications

Receive notifications for RFQs, wanted items, new offers, or chat messages on your desktop computer, mobile phone, or smart watch. You can subscribe for notifications through your BearingNet account settings and choose what you want to be notified of.

4. Top Tips

You will now see a different ‘Tip of the day’ on the main dashboard of your BearingNet account every weekday. Use these tips to maximise your usage and experience on the platform. There are many tools available to members which you may not realise are there.

5. Search Priority Control

This allows you to move a company to the top or bottom of your search results by setting their priority as HIGH or LOW. High priority companies (such as your preferred suppliers) will appear at the top of your search results, and low priority companies are initially hidden.
