Simon Brooks, the founder who transformed Rotamec from its humble beginnings into a multi-million-pound industry leader, will step into a new role as CEO. This strategic move allows Simon to concentrate on the company’s growth, future acquisitions, and broadening Rotamec’s service offerings.
Assuming the role of Managing Director is Paul Pearce, previously the Sales and Operations Director. Paul’s promotion is a testament to his extensive experience and proven track record in enhancing service, delivery, and customer satisfaction across all facets of the business. Under his direction, Rotamec will continue to build on its reputation for delivering exceptional service and support to its customer base.
Paul will continue to work closely with Claire Pearson, our Finance Director who has been a major driving force behind Rotamec, managing our group’s finances. Her strategic insight and financial acumen have been pivotal in our success and will continue to be so as we enter this new chapter.
Simon Brooks founded Rotamec in 2000, identifying a critical niche in the market for 24/7, 365-day support for the repair and maintenance of industrial electro-mechanical equipment. Under his leadership, Rotamec has grown significantly, extending its services beyond Somerset to cover the whole of the Southwest, South Wales, and the Midlands. The company’s ethos of exceeding customer expectations by minimising downtime has been the cornerstone of its success.
