On 15–16 October 2025, FASTENER POLAND® invites you to the 8th International Trade Fair for Fastener and Fixing Technology – FASTENER POLAND®! This is not only the only event of its kind in Poland but also the largest meeting of the fastener industry in Central and Eastern Europe, where manufacturers and distributors meet buyers from sectors that rely on fasteners. FASTENER POLAND® is also a hub of knowledge and innovation – featuring conferences, presentations of cutting-edge technologies and products, and above all, a space for building valuable business relationships. For years, this is where the heart of the fastener world has been beating! Fasten.it has become a patron of the trade fair.
International Character of the Trade Fair
This year, over 170 exhibitors from 17 countries will present their offerings, including companies from Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, France, the Czech Republic, Turkey, India, Taiwan, and China. For the first time, exhibitors from Croatia, Lithuania, and distant Thailand will also take part. Visitors to the fair will have the opportunity to explore a rich and diverse range of fasteners, tools, and modern technologies, as well as to establish international business contacts. Among the products showcased by exhibitors will be, among others, battery-powered riveters, structural rivets and double-sided fasteners, high-tensile strength bolts, and pre-applied systems used in the automotive industry.
Dedicated Zone for the Automotive Sector
Listening carefully to exhibitors’ feedback each year, the organisers designate a special area within the trade fair dedicated to a specific group of customers. This year, a special invitation is extended to buyers and designers from the automotive sector. Fasteners play a key role in ensuring the durability and safety of vehicles. In the automotive industry, where technological innovation goes hand in hand with growing demands for efficiency and sustainability, the choice of the right components is of fundamental importance. Despite numerous challenges, the automotive sector accounts for around 8% of Poland’s GDP and 13.5% of its exports. Vehicle and automotive parts manufacturers use a wide variety of fasteners in their production processes. Although in previous years, visitors from the automotive sector made up as much as 25% of all attendees at FASTENER POLAND®, this year’s edition is an unmissable opportunity for them to visit Krakow. They will be able to discover an even broader range of fasteners dedicated to their industry, showcased by suppliers such as Argip Ltd., Growermetal S.p.A., Earnest Machine Products, Asmet Ltd., Bollhoff Technika Łączenia Ltd., Gabec Ltd, Annibale Viterie S.p.A., Stalmax Ltd and Nurtel Tel Sanayi AS.
Industry Conference – The Fastener Market: Challenges and Opportunities
Another reason why fastener users cannot miss FASTENER POLAND® in their plans is the industry conference titled “The Fastener Market – Challenges and Opportunities.”
The conference programme includes the following presentations:
• Opportunities for the development of the Polish fastener market amid industrial slowdown in Europe – Dr Marek Łangalis, Olfor Ltd.
• From chaos to results – how to increase production with the same team? – Krzysztof Pawłowski, Lean Action Plan Ltd.
• From chaos to standard: how an AI assistant streamlines the selection of bolts — property classes, coatings, assembly methods — Dr Eng. Tomasz Dubiel, Tomasz Dubiel Bolted In
• CBAM 2026: Preparing for carbon costs – Gabriel Rozenberg, CBAMBOO
The conference will begin on the first day of the fair at 11:00 a.m. in the Dunaj exhibition hall. Participation is free of charge for all visitors.
Free Admission Ticket and Access to Parallel Trade Fairs
The organisers invite buyers, designers, technical directors and managers, as well as fastener users from the industrial and construction sectors, to download a free admission ticket and visit the fair. Registration is available at www.fastenerpoland.pl.
This year, the same ticket also grants access to two parallel events held at the same time: the MAINTENANCE International Trade Fair for Suppliers of Maintenance Products and Services and the SYMAS® International Trade Fair for Powder & Bulk Solids Technologies. This unique opportunity allows specialists from different departments within one company to discover relevant solutions, expand their professional knowledge, and establish valuable business contacts—all during a single business trip.
