Nomo Group Acquires Bosch Rexroth Customising Centre

Nomo Group acquires Bosch Rexroth Customising Centre and launches Nomo Automation – expanding its offering in linear technology and industrial automation across the Nordics.

Nomo signs an agreement to acquire Bosch Rexroth Customising Centre in Helsingborg and launches the new business unit Nomo Automation. This acquisition creates one of the Nordic region’s most comprehensive and knowledgeable offerings in linear technology and industrial automation, including assembly technology. The completion will take place on 3 November 2025.

For customers, the acquisition means greater reliability, shorter lead times, and access to fully customised solutions – from individual components to complete automation systems – all from a single regional supplier.

“With Bosch Rexroth’s leading portfolio and expertise in linear and automation solutions, combined with Nomo’s Nordic network and experience, we can now offer a unique width and flexibility. We look forward to supporting our new and existing customers with their challenges, whether simple or highly advanced,” says Per Brorsson, Managing Director, Nomo Automation.

Nomo Automation brings together expertise and products within linear guides, ball screws, actuators, modular conveyor and assembly systems, as well as complete automation solutions. The offering spans everything from cost-effective standard solutions to high-precision systems for critical industrial processes.

Customers will benefit from:

  • One of the market’s most extensive range of linear technology
  • Ready-to-use, reliable automation solutions
  • Access to deep technical expertise and advice

The acquisition and creation of the new business unit represent a natural step in Nomo’s strategy to strengthen its industrial automation offering and to become one of the most reliable partners for the Nordic industry.

“This acquisition is a milestone in our development. With Nomo Automation, we are taking a clear step into the future and strengthening our role as a leading Nordic player in industrial automation and linear technology. This initiative is fully in line with our strategy of combining technical expertise with proximity to customers, driving growth both for us and for our customers,” says Henrik Walter, CEO, Nomo Group.
