Connecting Hydraulic Excellence With Parmafluid

Parmafluid Group welcomes Aliauto Italia and White: a story of a growth model based on company synergies.

The journey begins in 1987 in the Italian town of Parma, when Parmafluid was founded with the aim of supplying a complete range of high-quality hydraulic components. They quickly became distributors of Rexroth, Casappa, Walvoil, Hydac brands and producers of cylinders.

In the following years, the company expanded both its product range and its international presence, starting the design and manufacturing of power packs and test stands, and integrating into the group. Long-standing UK partners VHS Hydraulic Components and Neilson Hydraulic were welcomed into the Parmafluid Group.

Today, the Parmafluid Group is undergoing a phase of renewal, with a focus on networking, and generational change.

In February 2025, Parmafluid and Aliauto Italia announced a strategic agreement marking Parmafluid’s entry into Aliauto’s share capital. The deal represents a major step for both firms and paves the way for an industrial alliance aimed at reshaping the global landscape of hydraulic technologies, test systems, and advanced services. The agreement reflects a shared commitment to innovation, engineering excellence, and global growth, combining Parmafluid’s expertise in hydraulic distribution and system integration with Aliauto’s advanced capabilities in testing and repairs.

Aliauto Italia, based in the Modena area, is known for its expertise in designing and manufacturing advanced hydraulic test benches. The company provides high-tech, customised testing solutions developed according to strict international standards, serving sectors from mobile machinery to industrial automation. Its production site also enables specialised repair of components using in-house benches ensuring precision and reliability.

For Parmafluid, the deal with Aliauto is a natural evolution of its strategy, focused in recent years on high-value services, internationalisation, and horizontal integration. The acquisition allows Parmafluid to enter the repair and service market with a full offering, while Aliauto benefits from Parmafluid’s commercial network to broaden its reach. Together, they aim to consolidate their leadership in hydraulic test benches, expanding production capacity and flexibility at both sites in Parma and Modena.

In October 2025, the group further strengthened its structure with the entry of White, a company specialised in the design and manufacturing of high-quality hydraulic cylinders, also located in the Modena area. With extensive experience and the ability to provide both standard and customised solutions, White serves key markets such as agriculture, construction, and industrial applications. The integration of White represents a fundamental step in broadening the group’s capabilities, consolidating its position as a reference partner in the market.

Federico Ferrari, Sales Director of Parmafluid, explains that the deal reinforces a multi-dimensional growth model, where testing and full packages equipped with cylinders are key priorities:

“These operations strengthen our development strategy. International mobile markets and testing are key areas for development. Aliauto is a leader in hydraulic testing, and together we can build a more complete and competitive offering, focusing on repair and internationalisation.

“In the case of White, it will help us to serve mobile OEMs that put cylinder product at the center of their supplies. Expanding the sites in Parma and Modena will boost capacity, flexibility, and shared innovation, reinforcing our ability to deliver full-spectrum hydraulic solutions under one roof,” continues Federico Ferrari.

Matteo Pinca, CEO of Aliauto, states, “This joint venture is a great opportunity to grow and offer more advanced, complete solutions to our customers, helping redefine industry benchmarks.”

“By joining Parmafluid Group, we can combine our leadership in hydraulic testing with the group’s strong expertise in system integration and cylinders. This means becoming part of a broader value chain covering the entire hydraulic system ready to serve every international market”

Luca Vaccari, CEO of White, highlights the value of joining a broader network:

“Being part of Parmafluid Group means enhancing our expertise in hydraulic cylinders within a complete solution framework. Cylinders are not only a basic component but also a strategic element in any hydraulic system, essential to guarantee motion, performance, and durability across applications. Together we can deliver integrated, reliable, and innovative systems that generate real value for customers worldwide”.

After previewing the alliance with Aliauto at Bauma China 2024 in Shanghai, the first international trade fair outside Europe with a Parmafluid stand, the group fully presented its strategy at Hannover Messe and Bauma Munich 2025.

Upcoming opportunities to meet Parmafluid Group and explore its complete solutions: EXCON India 2025, Bangalore and GEOFLUID 2026, Piacenza.

“We are five companies, with one mission: being ‘Your Hydraulic People’ yesterday, today, and tomorrow”, concludes Federico Ferrari.
