Triplefast members join forces for a cleaner environment, participating in a voluntary clean-up on a local Jebel Ali beach, and encouraging others to do the same.
In November, 19 dedicated members of Team Triplefast came together for a noble cause: cleaning up Jebel Ali Beach. Arriving early in the morning, the team suited up with gloves and trash bags, ready to make a difference. Splitting into smaller groups, members ventured across the beach from the shoreline to the dunes, determined to leave no area untouched.
The extent of the pollution was staggering. Plastic cups, old food wrappers, and polystyrene were scattered across the sand, their unnatural colours stark against the natural landscape. Even more alarming, small, rusty metal poles were found buried in the sand, posing potential hazards to both people and animals.
This experience was a powerful reminder of the lasting impact of litter. A single discarded item may seem harmless, but when multiplied by hundreds of careless actions, the environmental consequences become devastating. The team emphasised the importance of responsible waste disposal and how every small action matters. By simply taking care of packaging and litter at the beach, each person can contribute to a healthier planet.
“This definitely taught us a lesson in considering the environment: it may seem like nothing to leave one small cup or plastic bag on the ground, but if one hundred people think the same way the impact is unfortunately huge. When you go to the beach, making sure you take care of all the packaging you bring already makes a positive difference to the environment.
The team worked seamlessly together, just as they do in the office, to achieve a meaningful goal. The experience also served as a lesson in environmental stewardship and personal accountability.

“Collaboration is one of our core company values and so spending a Saturday working towards a meaningful goal together was a good exercise in teamwork. This is something that people of all ages can do to help the environment. We are proud to make even a small contribution to saving our seas; this was our first time doing it, but it won’t be the last!”
The event left a lasting impression on the Triplefast team, who are enthusiastic about inspiring others to take part in protecting our environment. Cleaning up beaches is an activity that anyone, regardless of age, can participate in to help preserve our planet’s natural beauty.
