The much-anticipated Warsaw User Meeting has concluded! For the first time ever, more than 550 people attended a BearingNet User Meeting, which achieved new records and offered more networking opportunities than ever before!

The capital of Poland, Warsaw, made an excellent venue for this year’s meeting. The city, which is renowned for its blend of modern construction and historic architecture, embodies both innovation and history.
An abundance of networking opportunities
The User Meeting kicked off with the Welcome Reception, which was a great way for members to catch up with old friends and meet first-time attendees over dinner and drinks. 218 companies from over 40 countries were busy with back-to-back meetings over the 2 days of networking. The attendees organised over 2,310 meetings using the online meeting planner, which is always available 6 weeks before the event to help everyone get organised, plus there were a whole load more ‘chance’ meetings from just walking the room and seeing who was available to chat! With only 2 days of meeting slots available and over 550 attendees, there just isn’t enough time in the day…
“Everyone who has ever attended a User Meeting knows that the networking isn’t only done in the meeting room. The talking doesn’t stop from the moment you step into the hotel until the moment you get in the taxi to leave for the airport (or you will be catching the same flight as some of the attendees, and then the talking starts even earlier!!). Some of the best relationships I have made through work have been at the bar, over dinner, at the sink in the toilets, outside getting some fresh air… and now dancing at the Farewell Dinner. So much of it is just about being present and available to chat at any given moment!
This year, as it was BearingNet’s 30th Birthday celebrations, we tried something different for the Farewell Dinner, but from the response, it is something we need to repeat every year! We closed the meeting with a night of live music, a DJ and lots of dancing, and from what we could see and the feedback we have received, everyone had a fabulous time!” – Nicola Beer, Managing Director
Lights, camera, action!
During the event the BearingNet team captures as many highlights as we can to create a video and photo album of the time spent together. With over 12 hours of video footage and 2,000 photos taken in Warsaw, we have had a busy week selecting all the best bits from the event.
Feel free to share any photos or highlights on your own social media, but please tag us on social media and use the event hashtag #UMWARSAW26 so we can reshare your posts.

Supporting Herts Young Homeless (hyh)
For the second consecutive year, BearingNet has teamed up with Herts Young Homeless (hyh), a local charity that offers support for 16 to 24-year-olds who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. This year, through our raffle, we have raised over £2,500 which is massively appreciated by us and the charity.
We would like to say a big thank you to everyone that supported this cause by purchasing a raffle ticket!
A big thank you!
The Warsaw User Meeting once again proved how important it is to bring the bearing community together in person. We would like to say thank you to all of our members for your continued support, both on the online platform and at the User Meetings.
And a very special thank you to our Warsaw Premium Exhibitors and Event Sponsors for helping us make this event such a success!

What’s next for the User Meeting?
The BearingNet team are now busy planning for the next 2 events. The next European User Meeting will be in Salou, Spain on the 10-12th June 2027, and just like the recent Warsaw meeting, can accommodate 600 attendees.
The meeting will be taking place at PortAventura, which some of you might have already visited. It is a massive, award-winning themed resort located on Spain’s Costa Daurada near Barcelona, featuring theme parks, hotels, and a top-tier, 20,000 sqm convention centre, making it an excellent choice for the next BearingNet User Meeting.
BearingNet are taking over one of the hotels on site, and the Welcome Reception will be located inside the theme park for a Mediterranean street party (complete with some music and a roller coaster). Located only an 8-minute taxi ride from Salou beach it will be a great event not to be missed!
And of course, as always, we will have two days dedicated to BearingNetworking!

Registration opens July 2026!
If you cannot wait until June 2027 for some more networking, you are in luck! The next upcoming User Meeting will be the first ever South American User Meeting taking place in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on the 31st September – 2nd October 2026. With 80 attendees already registered, we hope to see over 150 attendees join us in Rio.
The meeting will be taking place at the Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro, located in the beachfront district of Barra da Tijuca.
Barra da Tijuca is Rio’s most modern neighbourhood, known for its long, unspoilt beaches, relaxed atmosphere, excellent restaurants and shopping. It provides a safe, comfortable environment—which is perfect for both a productive User Meeting and some unforgettable downtime.
The Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro is just 30–60 minutes from Rio’s most iconic landmarks, including Copacabana, Ipanema, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Christ the Redeemer—making it easy to combine business with the very best of the city!
