First of all a huge thank you to all of our delegates, 500 of you! You came to Vienna from over 40 countries, 50 companies were first timers and 217 companies had been to a previous meeting.
We know the value that these meetings bring to you all, the opportunity to sit in a room with hundreds of companies and talk business is invaluable, and you all did a lot of talking!
We captured over 1,900 photos and recorded 13 hours of video footage, our User Meeting Highlights Video will be live by the end of the week and our Vienna photos are now live!

What’s next for the User Meetings?
We got a lot of questions about ‘why is there no European User Meeting in 2025?’ so to clear this is up here is the plan for future User Meetings; we are trying to get the meetings to annual events which will be held in early June.
The next European meeting will be in Warsaw March 2026 and after that it will be June 2027, June 2028 etc. We are moving the meetings away from September/October as we are so busy attending events that it makes planning and hosting our own event so much harder, and the same goes for you guys, we know how busy the autumn is for conferences.
If you can’t wait until 2026 for a User Meeting, we do have our next US meeting in Washington D.C. on the 20-22 March 2025, and the early booking discount is available until 29 November 2024.
Register for the Washington D.C. User Meeting here.
Lastly, thanks to everyone who brought a ticket for the raffle and helped to support Herts Young Homeless, we raised just over €1,000 which is great!
Here come all the thanks… thanks for coming, thanks for holding over 1,800 meetings, on behalf of the hotel, thanks for being a great group of people who we genuinely love meeting up with somewhere in the world every year, and most of all thanks for making the BearingNet User Meetings into what they are today.
Best regards,
Nicola & the BearingNet team
