A few months ago, Corbetta Ermanno Srl incorporated an automatic rotating warehouse into their structure in order to optimise the management of tools to prepare production machinery.
“The idea had been on our minds for a long time,” explain the owners. “Since the beginning of our business, we have collected an endless range of tools and components, which need an organised space. We have already managed to fit many of these in, but most still need to be catalogued and stored in boxes.
“We are very satisfied with this tool, which will be a great help in speeding up the operations of picking the right tools for the various tasks during the production start-up phase and repositioning them once the work is finished, without wasting time and energy that will be invested more wisely, in other steps of the production process.”
