Following the purchase and full refurbishment of an additional 30,000 square foot warehouse, BTL-UK is poised for continued growth.
BTL-UK LTD, the manufacturer of both Dunlop and Medway branded ball and roller bearings, power transmission products, and motion transfer linkages, has expanded its UK production and warehouse facilities to over 100,000 sq ft (9,300 sq m).
In-house production consists of rod ends, spherical bearings, motion transfer linkages, timing pulleys, gears, and sprockets. Employing a 35-member strong production team, we are able to design and manufacture products to suit individual customer requirements. These products are supplied to original equipment manufacturers in the agricultural, construction, industrial, motorsport, and medical industries, including many of the world’s most recognisable OEMs such as Caterpillar, Volvo, Daimler, and John Deere.

In addition to its own production sites, it also collaborates with leading manufacturers in Asia and throughout Europe who produce catalogue product ranges according to the company’s strict quality and brand guidelines. This ensures consistent quality for every item produced bearing the company’s trademarks.
BTL-UK’s stock holding is now one of the largest in Europe. For instance, over 500,000 V-belts, micro-V-belts and timing belts are readily available for immediate dispatch. In total, more than 35,000 individual products are in stock.
Furthermore, BTL has expanded its product offerings by introducing metric and imperial Nitrile and Viton rotary shaft oil seals under the brand name TC Oil-Seals. Another new and exciting product line includes Medway MEGACHAIN timing belts made from antistatic compounds and compliant with ISO 9563.
The continued growth achieved at BTL is a result of working closely with a comprehensive network of distributors in the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world.
