Manufacturing activities have expanded at Masta in order to cover every size and type of bearing housing. The manufactured housings range from a small shaft diameter of 20mm, to larger diameters of up to 750mm.
The maximum weight of the housings that Masta manufacture is 3.6 metric tons (7,936 lbs).

The company’s greatest strength is its in-house manufacturing facilities, which are used for all activities such as designing, making patterns and tools, castings, machining, assembling, painting to specifications, providing inspection services through third party agencies, seaworthy packing, and dispatching.
Production facilities
FOUNDRY: No-bake resin sand plant, DISA high-pressure moulding line, ARPA moulding machines, DISA sand plant with sand multi controller (SMC).
MACHINING FACILITY: In-house machine shop with skilled workers and competent supervisors and engineers.
Installed machines: CNC turning centres, VMCs, HMC, horizontal boring machines, VTL, radial and gang drills, paint booth with conveyor system.
QUALITY ASSURANCE: Masta group is certified with ISO 9001, 14001,45001. Co-ordinate measuring machine (CMM) for accurate inspection.
With unmatched customer service and strict quality control standards, Masta’s primary focus is on its core competency of producing a wide range of bearing housings.
CORE PRODUCTS: Bearing housings, pillow blocks, flange housings, adapter and withdrawal sleeves, and various shaft seals for plummer blocks, axial bearing housings and fan blades for ID & FGD fans for power plants.
COMPONENTS CASTING: Valves, pipe fittings, pumps, transmission gears, agricultural equipment, crusher teeth, electric motor bodies etc. produced in various grades of cast iron, cast steel, ductile iron, hi-chrome, manganese steel materials.
Masta strives to establish a global distribution network and develop the supply chain to the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and end-users to enhance their global footprint.
