PTI is excited to announce the launch of its innovative ‘Wild with Purpose’ initiative, aimed at transforming its grounds into a thriving ecosystem rich with diverse flora and fauna. Spanning an initial 8,000 square meters of land, this project marks the beginning of a much larger endeavour.
PTI’s mission is to create a sanctuary that not only celebrates biodiversity but also advocates for sustainability. At the core of this project lies the establishment of a scenic wildflower meadow and a thriving fruit orchard, featuring an impressive array of 50 fruit trees and 75 Sargent apple bushes (Malus sargentii). This dedicated effort reflects the company’s firm commitment to nurturing an untouched landscape that not only enhances the natural environment but also fosters a greener, more sustainable future.
In addition to these endeavours, PTI is committed to fostering ongoing engagement from its colleagues. Each year, all employees will have the opportunity to participate in selecting the flowers to be planted, fostering a sense of ownership and community involvement. Furthermore, colleagues are encouraged to enjoy the fruits grown on the grounds during their breaks, creating a deeper connection with nature and promoting a sustainable lifestyle.

Additionally, PTI have carefully selected a variety of fruit trees, including apples, pears, plums, and cherries, and they have blackberries scattered around the outskirts of their grounds, adding to the natural beauty of their surroundings. Moreover, PTI have incorporated flower mixtures tailored to their soil composition, featuring a range of perennial flowers, herbs, and grasses.
PTI is proud to have a dedicated groundskeeper whose role is to ensure the area thrives while maintaining its natural and wild beauty. Additionally, a skilled team member, originally from Ukraine, brings invaluable expertise in tending to the green spaces, contributing to the overall upkeep of the area.
“In our relentless pursuit to elevate the grounds into a biodiversity hotspot, we are introducing a variety of features designed to cater to the needs of both humans and wildlife alike.” From winding walking trails that invite exploration to peaceful seating areas strategically placed for relaxation and rejuvenation, every aspect of the design ensures a harmonious coexistence between colleagues, insects, birds, and animals.
PTI is excited to unveil its latest endeavour in sustainable energy adoption – the installation of solar panels across some of its rooftops. This monumental undertaking is poised to generate a staggering 600 kW of clean, renewable energy, highlighting PTI’s unwavering commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and embracing eco-conscious practices.
