BearingNet has officially launched the booking system for its highly anticipated Warsaw User Meeting. The event will be hosted in the capital city of Poland on 12th -14th March 2026. The User Meeting offers members from around the world the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen business relationships in person.
With the huge growth of the European User Meetings post-covid, each meeting is the biggest User Meeting yet… and with that, we are expecting Warsaw 2026 to be the biggest meeting to date!! With 2,000 square meters of meeting space, you will be pleased to know there is double the amount of space we had in Vienna, with a maximum capacity in Warsaw of 600 attendees! For the first time, BearingNet has reserved all 359 bedrooms in the hotel, so both delegate booking and accommodation will be done directly with BearingNet.
We are expecting this meeting to be our biggest to date… Register early to avoid disappointment!
