Spaces are filling up fast with 75+ attendees already pre-registered!
The BearingNet team have chosen Rio de Janeiro as the next location for the upcoming User Meeting in September 2026. This is due to the increase of South American members joining BearingNet in the past year, and therefore we decided this was the ideal location for our next User Meeting. Pre-registration opened in November 2025, and we already have 75+ attendees signed up, from 45+ companies.
In Rio, you can expect stunning beaches, vibrant nightlife, rich culture and breathtaking views from every corner. We have chosen a venue that can host up to 200 attendees, and those spaces are already filling fast! The User Meeting will be held on 30th September – 2nd October 2026.
If you’re unsure what a User Meeting is, it’s a networking event BearingNet hosts for manufacturers and distributors to come together and build new relationships, putting a face to a name… we like to call it business speed dating!
The Rio User Meeting will be BearingNet’s 24th User Meeting, so we’ve had plenty of experience hosting them. BearingNet have held 7 User Meetings in America, including Washington, D.C., Orlando, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada; Washington D.C being our biggest User Meeting in the US to date with 171 attendees. We’re excited to expand our User Meetings further globally into South America, so we can keep connecting bearing and power transmission industry professionals from around the world.

The User Meeting will be held at the 5-star hotel, Grand Hyatt, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil adjacent to the Praia da Alvorada beach. The hotel is just 40 minutes from RIOgaleão International Airport. We have reserved 100 bedrooms in the hotel for BearingNet members, allowing you to be at the heart of the action and ready to connect with other bearing and power transmission professionals.
