By integrating the Vitesco Technologies product portfolio, the company is leveraging the optimal combination of mechanical and electronic expertise. This opens up new market segments and advances sustainable mobility solutions. By acquiring emissions-relevant technologies, such as high-precision NOx sensors, control units, and networked mechatronic modules, the Schaeffler division is strengthening its market presence in the independent aftermarket. These components are crucial for compliance with stricter emissions regulations and enable manufacturer-compliant vehicle diagnostics, saving workshops time and resources.
